Two "Pheasant-tailed jacana" m/s on FDCs from Taiwan

Merci beaucoup George !
After a stamp set devoted to Swinhoe's Pheasant (Lophura swinhoii) in 2014, the Chunghwa Post of Taiwan put into circulation on October 11, 2017, a new nice series of stamps about biodiversity and birds in particular, this time with a focus on the Pheasant-tailed jacana (Hydrophasianus chirurgus).
This Southeast Asian species is not considered endangered even though it remains under threat in Taiwan where it has nicknames such as the "fairy that walks on waves" or "water-chestnut bird".
Two miniature sheets (design: Chi-jen Lai) were actually issued and I was fortunate to receive the two First Day covers below, with different cancellations. Thank you very much George!

The first miniature sheet above (4 stamps), with postmarks from the Chiayi post office, shows this bird in its characteristic habitat, water-chestnut fields in the south of the island, with a railway bridge in the background, symbolizing its interaction with the local population.
Other bird species (snipe, ducks) are also represented in the margins of this miniature sheet, recalling that the Pheasant-tailed jacana is an integral part of this ecosystem.
These different stamps are featuring this bird and its "flying dance" during the breeding season, incubating eggs and raising the chicks.

The 2nd miniature sheet above (with different postmark), consisting of a single stamp (NT $ 32), also represents this bird in a water-chestnut field, with women harvesting the fruits of this aquatic plant (margin at the top right).
A pair of birds in flight is depicted in the top left margin, a snipe and a dragonfly (common flangetail) being present in the lower right.
